Remote Support
What is remote support?Remote support allows a computer expert to log onto your computer and fix your computer problems remotely. This is usually the fastest and most inexpensive way to solve your computer problems. You will have to download the remote control software. You will then get an ID and password that our expert will use to log onto your computer. The password changes every time you start the software, and when you log out, we cannot gain access to your computer anymore, so you don't have to worry about privacy. Remote support requires a broadband Internet connection. We can also assist you with setting up your iPhones or Androids.
Rates
The rates for remote access are the same as if you would deliver your computer to StarFixIT, with the exception that remote support is charged in increments of 15 minutes. For small problems, this is the most inexpensive and fastest way to fix your computer.
