At your home or business is most useful in the case of Internet, network or Wi-Fi problems, or if you don’t want to deliver your computer to StarFixIT.
At our repair facility is much cheaper than at your home or business, especially when you have hardware problems or when your computer is infected by a virus or malware. If a technician comes to your house, we need to charge for the entire time that the technician is working, even if he has to wait for a virus scan to complete. If you deliver your computer, the technician can use the waiting time to work on another computer, so you will only be charged for the time the technician is working on your machine.
